Yoga for a Better Life

This hatha-based yoga practice is designed to increase flexibility while building strength and using your breath efficiently. It is led by instructor, Connie Tyler. Wear loose fitting clothing, bring water. Yoga mats and gear provided unless you prefer your own. Suggested $5 donation. Open to all.
