SWOT has teamed up with Teton Valley Health to assist older adults with social needs and services. Christian Musselwhite, a social worker who serves as a medical case manager at Teton Valley Health, will be at lunch on Tuesdays to answer questions and discuss solutions for the issues or difficulties you or people you are caring for are facing.
